Welcome to a wonderful experience of dining at Ginnivans. We are open for A La Carte dining for Lunch Tuesday
to Friday from 12.00 noon and Dinner Tuesday to Saturday from
6.30pm.
Our
A La Carte Menu reflects the flavours of contemporary Australia
with a modern approach to traditional Australian dishes.
Our
Executive Chef, Jason Walker creates dishes that delight our
guests using the expertise he has gained from over 18 years
as a chef as well as overseas travel where he has
been able to experience at first hand many of the flavours
that are now part of the multi cultural Australian taste experience.
